03Passenger and Booking Information
To reserve a flight we must pass passenger details to the airline and to the booking systems and consolidators that issue tickets on its behalf. Airlines and government authorities may in turn use this information for check-in, security screening, immigration and border control, in line with their own policies and the laws of the countries you travel to or through.
If you book for other travellers, please make sure they agree to you sharing their details with us for that purpose.
04Payment Information
Our website does not ask for or store card numbers. Payment is arranged with a travel agent once you have confirmed your itinerary, and card transactions are handled by the airline, our ticketing partners or a secure payment processor.
We keep a record of what was charged and when, so we can answer billing questions and help with changes or refunds. AirHelpDesks staff will never ask for your card PIN or online banking password.
